  YOU WILL NEED :  
       
 
  • 1 can of prepared chocolate icing or homemade icing
  • 1 large and miniature marshmallows
  • cereal O’s
  • small fresh berries or fruits
  • small candies, gumdrops etc…
 
       
  SUGGESTION :    Freeze or refrigerate Vachon Swiss Rolls prior so that the chocolaty coating won’t melt when handled. Refrigerate promptly until ready to serve.  
       
  LOCOMOTIVE :   28 1/2 Vachon Swiss Rolls  
       
  3 EASY STEPS :  
       
  1 Make a row of 7 Vachon Swiss Rolls for the base followed by a row of six. Refer to photo above. IMORTANT: Spread chocolate icing on all areas where Vachon Swiss Rolls will touch each other or stack. The icing will hold them together.  
       
  2 Next build the engine portion and cabin as per photo. Use plenty of icing to hold them together. Cut one Vachon Swiss Roll in half and place it with icing on top of engine for smokestack. Add a small stack of miniature marshmallows held together by a small spot of icing between them. Cut a large marshmallow in half and stick to the engine with candies.  
       
  3 Stick cereal O’s to ends of 7 Swiss rolls on base with a spot of icing.  
       
  RAILWAY CAR :   19 1/2 Vachon Swiss Rolls  
       
  3 EASY STEPS :  
       
  1 Make a row of 7 Vachon Swiss Rolls for the base of the car and build the 4 sides as per photo above. Use icing to hold it all together. Use half of a Vachon Swiss Roll to join the railway car to the back of the locomotive.  
       
  2 Place a candle in the center of the car and fill the railway car with small fresh berries, fruits, marshmallows, candies, cereal O’s etc.  
       
  3 Stick cereal O’s to ends of 7 Swiss Rolls on base with a small spot of icing.  
       
  Makes Approximately 24 servings.
